BUT WAIT, IS IT 100% LEGAL?
You may be wondering how a wedding conducted online can be legal. Certain states in the US allow for weddings to be conducted online and be recognized by the government. The process and certification are exactly the same as an in-person wedding. We work with officiants from Utah state who will conduct the ceremony online and confirm the presence of the two individuals getting married. We have established a working relationship with these states and the local county offices in order to make the process as easy as possible for you, whilst still enjoying the same outcome as a physical wedding.
Every couple has the option to have their marriage certificate signed by an apostille, certifying its authenticity and legitimacy.

How much does it cost?
The service cost starts from $599 and includes the marriage license, marriage ceremony, and two copies of your marriage certificate; a digital and a hard copy that is sent to your address via free US Postal Service First Class Mail, with no tracking.
If you want, you can also get an apostille stamp for your marriage license for an additional charge of 75$. The apostille stamp is for use only outside the US. It is not needed inside the US.
You can also have the certification delivered to you faster with FedEx. The cost of this will vary depending on your location.

For some couples, getting married is not possible. We experienced this first hand when a family member was barred from getting married in their home country because of laws against homosexual marriages. After witnessing the pain and disappointment this had on our loved ones, we sought out to find a way to solve the issue. Driven by a belief that love knows no barriers and neither should marriage, we created Marry From Home. Our unique service helps couples get legally married by a US county, from anywhere in the world over Zoom. This gives them the freedom to enjoy the legal rights benefits of being married and pursue the life they want, together.
LIMITATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
These are some of the limitations on who can be married online:
- No couples who are related to each other within and not including the fifth degree of consanguinity.
- No minors or cousins.
- If an individual has been divorced recently, you have to wait for 60 days after the finality to pass before we can process your marriage application.
- The fee is non-refundable and includes two certified copies of the marriage certificate – one digital and one paper copy.
Adjusting Your Application After Payment:
Should you need to amend your application details before you receive your marriage certificate there is no extra cost.
If you need to amend your details after the certificate is finalized, there is a $20 fee. Please be sure to review all your details in the confirmation email to ensure they are correct.

Yes. All states should recognize a marriage that is legalized in one state, regardless of their marriage laws.
Does the marriage certificate mention that the couple got married online?
No, every couple who gets their license through the county state receives the same certificate, regardless whether they were married online or in the office.
Who can use our services?
We have no citizenship or residency requirements to obtain a marriage license. Any couple whose marriage is not forbidden by US law may apply for and be issued a valid marriage license. Our service is available to same-sex couples as well.
How much time does the process take?
Since receiving your application, we can set up the wedding within 2 days, depending on the availability of the officiant from the county state.
